INVITATION tO PREQUALIFY

1. Obtaining Pre-qualification Documents

Green Power International Limited invites eligible and interested companies, suppliers, service providers, contractors, and other qualified entities to participate in its bidding opportunities.

Bid documents are provided free of charge. Interested bidders may obtain documents by downloading them below (at the end of the invitation.)

NOTE: No payment is required to access the documents.

2. Submission of Bids

Completed bid documents, together with all required supporting documentation, must be submitted electronically to the designated Green Power International Limited procurement email address indicated in the respective bidding document.

Bidders are required to ensure that their submissions are complete, properly signed where applicable, and received before the stated submission deadline.

Deadline: As specified in the respective Invitation to Bid or bidding document.

Late submissions may not be considered.

3. Evaluation and Notification of Results

All bids received within the specified deadline will be evaluated in accordance with the requirements and evaluation criteria set out in the respective bidding documents.

Green Power International Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in accordance with its procurement procedures and applicable requirements.

Successful and unsuccessful bidders will be notified through the contact details provided in their submissions.
