Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing solar company. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills and a good understanding of renewable energy solutions, with the ability to drive sales of solar and related water/energy products to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar and related water/energy solutions
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Promote company products and services through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service
  • Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and provide regular sales reports
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline (such as Marketing or Business Administration)
  • Minimum of two years of proven sales experience
  • Experience or exposure to solar, water, or renewable energy solutions is an added advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications
  • Basic understanding of solar energy systems and products
