Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Quality Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of our solar products and installations. The successful candidate will oversee quality assurance during solar panel manufacturing and throughout solar system installations, ensuring adherence to international standards and company best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections and testing of solar PV modules during manufacturing.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of solar system installations on-site, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with international solar standards (IEC, ISO, and related certifications) in both manufacturing and installations.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to improve product performance and installation reliability.
- Prepare detailed quality reports for management, highlighting issues and improvement recommendations.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols during on-site installations to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in solar PV quality control, manufacturing, and/or installation projects.
- Hands-on experience with solar panel testing equipment (IV curve tracers, flash testers, EL cameras, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of international solar quality standards (IEC 61215, IEC 61730, ISO 9001).
- Familiarity with solar system installation processes, including wiring, inverter setup, and field testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Professional certification in solar PV quality assurance or installation is an advantage.
